The DuBoff Law Group is a small law firm based in Portland, Oregon. We concentrate our practice in the areas of business law and civil litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property.

The firm's attorneys are admitted to the state bars of Oregon, California, Washington and New York. Courts in which our attorneys have practiced include numerous circuits of US District Courts and Courts of Appeals, the US Court of International Trade and the US Tax Court.

The founding member, Leonard DuBoff, has been involved with cases in the US Supreme Court, has served as an expert witness, and has testified before Congress and several state legislatures.

Our website hosts a Publications section that contains useful articles on a variety of legal subjects, written by members of the firm. Also, several books are presented, including titles from the popular
